RICK GRANT
Rick has been flying as a professional pilot in Alaska for over 40 years. He is the founder and owner of Tikchik Airventures safely transporting and taking care of customers for decades. He has amassed a great deal of knowledge and skill throughout his years in Alaska - he is an expertly skilled pilot with an impeccable safety record, he is a detailed and meticulous mechanic, and his knowledge of the area and its surroundings is unmatched. Rick and Denice have decided to slow down and will be selling the business to Stephan. Rick will continue to fly and help with the transition hopefully for the next several years!
STEPHAN ROBINSON
Stephan has been flying about everything with fixed wings for over 35 years and has a vast range of aviation experience. He is ATP rated with 8 jet Type Ratings, is Commercial Single and Multi-Sea, and Glider. He is also a Single, Multi, and Glider Instructor. His time in the air has taken him over Yellowstone Park observing wildlife in Super Cubs, all over North America flying jets for the airlines and around the world flying corporate jets. His true passion and favorite type of flying is to fly people into the remote wilderness of Alaska in the DeHavilland Beaver. Stephan and his wife Kristen enjoy spending time with their four children- Sophia, Henry, Samuel, and Isabella. His family enjoys all things outdoors- hiking, fishing, boating, hunting, skiing, dirt biking, snow biking, and of course flying.
Stephan is purchasing the business from Rick and Denice with a transition over the next several years. His primary goal will be to maintain the quality service, safety record, and hospitality that Rick and Denice have provided their customers for many years.
